2. Accounts

Users must provide accurate information and maintain account security. We may suspend accounts for policy or payment violations.

3. Advertisers

• Campaigns must comply with applicable laws and our Acceptable Use rules.
• We support GEO/Device/OS targeting, frequency caps, and domain controls.
• Billing is pre‑paid wallet. Refunds are considered for unused balances only.

4. Publishers

• Sites must comply with reasonable content standards and traffic‑quality expectations.
• Implementation must use our provided code without alteration that circumvents caps or triggers.
• Payouts are weekly (NET‑7); manual options may be available.

5. Payments

We accept cards (via partners) and cryptocurrencies (e.g., USDT, BTC). Chargebacks, fraud, or abuse may lead to suspension.

6. Acceptable Use

No malware, phishing, illegal content, or deceptive redirects. We may block or exclude traffic sources at our discretion.

7. Privacy

8. Liability

Services are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid to us in the preceding 3 months.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
